The subject of this thesis is a design of an urbanistic concept of a city block in Nové sady and design of a new city hall for Brno city on the newly formed street corner. Firstly, an analysis of the area is done to form the information foundation for the design itself. Secondly, an urbanistic concept is made, which respects and follows the character of the surrounding housing development. Finally, the city hall itself and its surroundings are designed.

Personality of prominent Czech athletic coach and official Karel Nedobitý

The main goal of this graduation thesis is to gather a sufficient amount of information, pictures and literature related to the life and personality of Karel Nedobitý in order to reflect on his interests and his influence on athletics evolution in České Budějovice. The thesis is mainly divided into a part devoted to the running career of Karel Nedobitý and then functional part. At the end, the author focused on literature and awards received during his life. Most of the thesis is written from information obtained in the archives of the Research Library of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The author describes in detail the life of Karel Nedobitý almost every year during his work in athletics.

Technical advancement of representative in kickboxing

Title: Technical maturity of a kickbox representative Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to determine the level of technical maturity of each adult kickbox representative, whether it is dedicated to semi-contact or full-contact disciplines. Another objective is to compare three views on the technical maturity of each representative, according to the representative himself and two state coaches. Then to compare representatives of semi-contact disciplines with representatives of full-contact disciplines in selected techniques of strikes and kicks. In conclusion, it will be ascertained how men and women see their technical maturity. Methods: In my thesis I used a method of analysis and the comparison method. I applied the analysis method in analyzing and describing the individual technical preparation of each representative. Information about the technical maturity was obtained on the basis of a questionnaire. I used the comparison method in the comparison of the representative himself and the opinions of the two state coaches. Then I used it in comparison of representatives of semi-contact disciplines and representatives of full-contact disciplines in techniques of strikes and kicks. Representation: This thesis on the topic of representation is focused generally on behalf of the Institute. It mainly deals with the rules contained in Civil Code, Act no. 89/2012 Coll. It desribes basic concepts and methods of resolution representation. Its interpretation focuses on the diferences between any forms of representation. In that case, it is not possible to write up the entire institution of the representation, which was one of the largest in the law. This work is therefore focused on the substantive representation, and especially on the conditions for the creation and termination of contractual representation and on guardianship and especially guardianship of individuals. The thesis contains also an outline of the historical development of the Institute's presence in our law, but again, considering the vastness of representation, it is not an exhaustive analysis, but merely mentioning the most significant sources. An element of this thesis is also an overview of the procedural representation in civil court proceedings. Adoption of the Civil Code Act no. 89/2012 Coll. had to institute represented a significant impact when to applicable law brought many new important sub-institutes, and greater clarity.

Representation upon a Power of Attorney

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the legal regulations of the institute of the representation with an emphasis on the representation upon power of attorney (contract representation). Thanks to the extent of this work it is impossible to encompass the whole matter of the representation in a way that would be worthy of an analysis. In this thesis it is written about the historical roots of the legal regulations of the representation which are already enshrined in Roman law. The main part of the adjustment is de lege lata. The general adjustment of the representation has to be searched in the valid and effective Civil Code (The Law No. 40/1964). We can meet the partial legal regulations in other branches of the legal code too, for that reason other legal statutes related to the topic of this work are discussed. The thesis deals with the application problems in practice and numerous law cases of the law particularly of higher courts. The attention is also focused on two initiatives within the European Contract Law - the Principles of European Contract Law (PECL) and the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR). Representation The thesis on the representation is aimed generally on the institute of representation, basic concepts and resolution methods of representation. Given the scope of the thesis is not possible to cover discourse about all forms of representation and therefore is focused on substantive representation, whether contractual, statutory representation and other specific forms, especially human guardianship and guardianship of legal entities or representation of legal entities. In the thesis are included as information on the historical development of the Institute's the representation, especially since the general Civil Code and therefore early 19th century and comparison of current legislation contained in the Civil Code of 1964 and the new Civil Code, effective from 1 January 2014. Raised the major changes that will occur in the near future in the regulation of the representation, as well as outline the basic problems that this adjustment could bring in the practice of law. Is also pointed out to adjust representation in European law, konrkétně the Principles of European Contract Law and the Draft Common Frame of Reference.

Representative of a Travel Agency

This bachelor thesis is focused on the specifications of a representative of a travel agency. Public awareness of individual functions and obligations connected to this profession is analysed in this document. The aim of this thesis is to profile ideal candidate for this work position. This was supported by the author´s practical experience and a survey which showed preferences of clients travelling with Czech travel agency. Czech travel agencies mainly carried out through questionnaire survey. This research shows that more than a half of Czech clients would not prioritize concrete sex or age even though a quarter of respondents would prefer on this position a young female representative. Created profile of an ideal candidate listed at the end of this document could be helpful to travel agencies during opened job offerings, this document should also contribute to better understanding of this work position especially according to proposed changes in official sources as well as in the academic articles. The main detection is an ignorance to technical terms in tourism by Czech clients. This bachelor thesis should clearly define work and its important terms, rights and obligations of a representative.
